My name is Mark Anderson, I am from a hospitality background taking on the role of head chef in hotels and restaurants across Europe. Customer service is in the blood.

I started my French alpine adventures in 2001 where I worked at Les Menuires in the Three Valleys. Over the future years, the opportunities were there to work and enjoy many seasons in many different locations including posts in Greece and Turkey. 

I got married in 2011 and settled in Alpe d’Huez, bought an apartment, and started to lead a simple, happy life surrounded by friends and nature.

Seasonal work has led me to discover a demand for a transport and transfer service. Always having a car, I was frequently called on for various journeys from people in the community, from airport runs to late-night emergencies and everything in between. There was a demand so I went about creating a unique service for the area.

The “Alpexpress” concept was born.

Time spent investigating, planning, and organising has given the business the simple concept I demanded. A reliable, family-friendly, and convenient service on hand to deliver a bespoke service. 

Business needs are catered for too. From the tour operation that needs their uniform, stocks, or staff moving from resort to resort last minute, to the small chalet team who needs more wine for their discerning guests.

The demand is there and we will understand and adapt to get the job done.
